Linsey Walker, Regional Manager
As the Regional Manager of Rickert Properties in Georgia, Michigan, and South Carolina; Linsey is committed to providing safe, livable communities that actively engage the residents in the process. With a clear understanding of how the industry works and a commitment to creating a sense of community, Linsey joined Rickert Properties in 2022. We are lucky to have someone with her passion & knowledge of the manufactured home industry.
After 19 years in retail management, Linsey switched to a career in the property management industry as an assistant leasing manager for a luxury apartment complex. The opportunity to manage three manufactured home communities came available and in 2017 she began her foray into the manufactured home industry, and she loved it!
When she slows down, Linsey enjoys thrifting, decorating, and ziplining. She is a proud Dog Mom to Hunter, a Cavapoo.
Carol Sharpe, Community Manager
Born and raised in Indiana, Carol moved to South Carolina to be closer to her daughter and family which includes 3 grandchildren. Carol owned and operated a salon for 25 years and has been a licensed Cosmetologist for 30 years.
Was looking for a career change when the opportunity to become our community manager was presented to her. Carol & her husband live in the community and are looking forward to meeting all of the residents and building a strong sense of community along with creating fun events & activities for the residents.
Carol loves to travel, read & experience new restaurants.
