As the Regional Manager of Rickert Properties in Georgia, Michigan, and South Carolina; Linsey is committed to providing safe, livable communities that actively engage the residents in the process. With a clear understanding of how the industry works and a commitment to creating a sense of community, Linsey joined Rickert Properties in 2022. We are lucky to have someone with her passion & knowledge of the manufactured home industry.

After 19 years in retail management, Linsey switched to a career in the property management industry as an assistant leasing manager for a luxury apartment complex. The opportunity to manage three manufactured home communities came available and in 2017 she began her foray into the manufactured home industry, and she loved it!

When she slows down, Linsey enjoys thrifting, decorating, and ziplining. She is a proud Dog Mom to Hunter, a Cavapoo.

With 23 years of experience in property management, Annette brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to her role. Originally from New York, she has called Florida home for the past three years. She has a deep love for the ocean and cherishes spending time with her family and animals. Her passion for building strong, vibrant communities makes her a valuable asset to the team.
